PORCELAIN/POTTERY COLLECTIBLE DEMI CUP & SAUCER-WEST GERMANY
This cup and saucer set was made in Vohenstrauss Bavaria (West Germany) by the Johann Seltmann Company.
The cup and saucer feature a transfer print view of HEIDELBERG and a CREST.
The rim of the inside of the cup and the plate is a beautiful purple color and is accented in gold.
The SELTMANN mark is on the bottom of both cup and saucer.

PORCELAIN / POTTERY COLLECTIBLE CUP & SAUCER SET - JAPAN
Our resource indicates that this HIGHLY GLOSSED COLLECTOR CUP & SAUCER SET was made in JAPAN.
It features a PEDESTAL SHAPE and the SAUCER has a CUT-OUT DESIGN. Its color is IRIDESCENT or PEARLISED with YELLOW and GOLD ACCENTS.
This set has a very ORIENTAL FLAIR to it with shadows of tall trees mysteriously shown in white in the painted yellow band on the saucer. The ends of the CUT-OUTS are also SQUARED.
