Very 1960s STYLE ART GLASS DECANTER that was made in ITALY.
It features an ELONGATED BULBOUS BODY and it has an APPLIED TWISTED CRYSTAL HANDLE and STEM. The FINIAL also has a TWIST and it is made of CRYSTAL GLASS.
