This little RESTAURANT WARE BUTTERPAT was made by the O.P.C.O. aka ONONDAGA POTTERY COMPANY / SYRACUSE CHINA COMPANY.
It features a PRIMARY WHITE BACKGROUND and has a multi-colored floral design pattern on it known as POUGHKEEPSIE.
It does not have the company backstamp but it does have the date code used by O.P.C.O. / SYRACUSE. The incised number is in a diamond and reads either as number 18 (dates 1913) or number 81 (dates 1918).
The CONDITION is ESTATE / USED. The glaze is shiny and the color is dark. It shows signs of light useage and wear.
