This little RESTAURANT WARE BUTTER PAT was made by the O.P.C.O. aka ONONDAGA POTTERY COMPANY / SYRACUSE CHINA COMPANY.
It features a PRIMARY WHITE BACKGROUND and has a multi-colored floral design pattern on it known as POUGHKEEPSIE.
It does not have the company back stamp but it does have the date code used by O.P.C.O. / SYRACUSE. The incised number is in a diamond and reads either as number 18 (dates 1913) or number 81 (dates 1918).
