This RESTAURANT WARE CREAMER was distributed under a TRADE NAME of VICTORY CHINA. To the best of our knowledge the manufacture is still not known.
It features an empire waisted shape and has a WHITE PRIMARY BACKGROUND with a BLACK TRANSFER PRINT DECORATION similar to the pattern known as CHECKER.
The VICTORY CHINA BACKSTAMP is in GREEN under the glaze on the bottom.
