This PLANTER was made by the STANFORD POTTERY COMPANY of SEBRING, OHIO. It is from am estate liquidation which would date this planter as being made in the 1940-1950's. It is very nicely detailed.
It was made to look like a BASSINET and has delicate detailing to resemble gathers and ruffles of the material used to make a real bassinet.
There is a LARGE BOW/RIBBON encircling the porcelain bassinet with the word CONGRATULATIONS!
Just the perfect gift to give to your daughter or new daughter-in-law at her baby shower!
