This beautiful porcelain RELISH DISH bears the mark of the BAVARIAN MANUFACTURER OSCAR SCHALLER & COMPANY (WINTERLING GROUP). The MARK suggests that it was manufacturered as early as 1918 to the present date.
A bit of History about the RELISH DISH: This China was purchased by the owner from the PX when the family was stationed in Germany during the war in the 1940's.
The set features the WINTERLING B. FERN PATTERN.
The SCHALLER/WINTERLING MARK is in GREEN under the glaze on the bottom.
