DINNERWARE MARCO POLO of CHINA COFFEE MUGS-set of 4
These 1980s STYLE COFFEE MUGS were made in CHINA by MARCO POLO, INC. There is not alot of information about this company other than that the company subcontracted the manufacture of off-white medium to medium-heavy gauge vitrified china dinnerware and oven-to-table ware marked with its backstamp.
These COFFEE MUGS feature a PRIMARY OFF-WHITE BACKGROUND and have a WIDE BAND in the color BROWN around the body with a THIN BLACK colored BAND above and below it. They have a D-SHAPED handle.
The CONDITION is VERY GOOD. This is a SET of 4 COFFEE MUGS that were found still in the box. They appear to be unused.
The MARCO POLO MARK is in BLACK under the glaze on the bottom.
