A BIT OF INFORMATION.... CARRIE JACOBS-BOND was the first woman to establish a music publishing firm in America. She was born in JANESVILLE WISCONSIN in 1862.

The CONDITION is VERY GOOD. The folder is made of a wax-type paper product. The pages are browning and show some signs of useage. The folder has a fold in the lower right hand corner and there is a address label on the upper right hand corner.

ELSA MAXWELL was a PIANO PLAYER/COMPOSER from IOWA. She was best known as the Hostess with the Mostest in Hollywood California during the mid-twentieth century. She gave parties for royalty and high society, celebrities throughout Europe and the United States.
BARBARA HUTTON was a wealthy American socialite who was heir to the Woolworth fortune.
The poem/words to this song may have been written by Barbara Hutton between her first two marriages and divorces to Prince Alexis Mdivani of Russia and Count Cort Haugwitz Reventlow.
