FOOTED CANDY DISH JEANETTE GLASS FLORAGOLD IRIDESCENT MARIGOLD This interesting FOOTED CANDY DISH is straight from the 1950's/1960's. Made by the JEANETTE GLASS COMPANY it is made of IRIDESCENT MARIGOLD GLASS (reflecting hues of purple, green, yellow, & orange) and features the FLORAGOLD aka LOUISA PATTERN.

For those of you that do not collect JEANETTE GLASSWARE the LOUISA PATTERN features a VINE & FLOWER DESIGN. This CANDY DISH is FOOTED with feet that look like TREE STUMPS.

The Jeanette Glass compay made a few different candy dishes with a lid and without. This candy dish was designed by the company without a lid and was made to be and is an open candy dish.

The Westmoreland Glass company was the original producer of this mold. To the best of our knowledge the earlier pieces may have had the Westmoreland mold marked and they would have had a heavier carnival treatment.
It is our understanding that there is also a difference between feet/legs of the original mold presses in comparison to those made at a later date.

DEPRESSION ERA BOWL JEANETTE GLASS - SIERRA PATTERN This SMALL BOWL was made by the JEANETTE GLASS COMPANY. This size bowl would be considered to be a cereal bowl.

It features a pressed glass pattern known as SIERRA which is a SWIRL DESIGN. The rim is flared and the edges are geometric / triangular points. It is made of GREEN GLASS that glows very nicely under a black light.

It is not marked by the manufacturer.

The CONDITION is ESTATE / USED. It has no chips or cracks with very little signs of usage.

DEPRESSION GLASS TUMBLERS-JEANNETTE GLASS-HEX OPTIC - GREEN Lovely little DEPRESSION ERA GLASS TUMBLERS made by the JEANNETTE GLASS COMPANY.

These TUMBLERS (juice glass) feature the HEX OPTIC / HONEYCOMB PATTERN (5 optic rows) and a NARROW SHAPE that flares ever so slightly from the FLAT BASE toward the rim. They are made of green glass.

The CONDITION is ESTATE / USED. There are are no chips or cracks.

The SALAD PLATE features an OPTIC DESIGN called SPIRAL OPTIC and it is made of a lovely shade of PALE PINK GLASS.

JEANETTE CUBIST CREAMER SUGAR & BOWL The CUBIST PATTERN was made by the JEANETTE GLASS COMPANY from 1929 - 1933. This set includes a CREAMER, SUGAR BOWL, and SMALL ROUND BOWL. The CUBIST DESIGN features a geometric pattern made on such an angle that the cubes look 3 dimentional. The creamer stands 3 inches tall and is 4 inches from the end of the handle to the tip of it's spout. The open sugar bowl stands 2 1/2 inches tall and is 5 inches across from the tip of one handle to the other. The bowl stands 2 1/2 inches tall and is 6 1/2 inches in diameter.
